The place was lovely, would stay here again. The amiable and amazing staff made our stay a great experience at a return visit. The bathroom was absolutely clean, it had a walk-in shower. We could walk to Alice's Tearoom in 15 minutes.

Enjoyable base for travelling to Lytham St Annes and sightseeing. Magnificent and incredible location within easy walking distance of a public beach. Based near to bus stops, shops for basics and the beach.
